Beth El Announcement Worksheet

Please use this worksheet to request that your announcement be included in emails, social media, and the Shabbat Announcements. This form is for announcements only. Examples: Volunteers needed, food collection bin is available, kiddush sponsors wanted, etc. If you filled out a program worksheet for an event, you do not need to also fill out this form.

Requests must be made by noon on the Friday preceding the week you wish your information to be included in order to be considered. Example: An announcement to be included in a Tikkun Olam email on Wednesday, February 16 must be received by noon on Friday, February 11.

The communications team will work to include your announcement in the most appropriate manner, whether that is via email, social media, or other forms of communication. Inclusion of announcements is not guaranteed and is based on several factors, including space.
