2022/2023 School Registration JK to Grade 12

We are looking forward to opening in person in September!

SCHOOL SCHEDULE

Jewish Learning:

JK to Grade 6: Sundays from 9.00 a.m. to noon.
Grade 7: Tuesdays from 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Grades 8 to 12: Tuesdays from 7.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Hebrew Small Group Instruction:

Grades 3 to 6 at various times from Sunday to Wednesday (see options below)

SCHOOL FEES:

JK/SK, Grade 1 and 2 - Jewish Learning: $695
Grades 3, 4, 5, 6 – Jewish Learning and Hebrew: $1,375
Grade 7 – Jewish Learning: $720
Grade 8, 9 and 10 – Jewish Learning: $360**
Grade 11/12 – Jewish Learning: $400 per semester or $800 per year

These fees will be reflected in your membership renewal.

**Through a generous gift by Temple Sinai members Lorne and Barbara Bernstein, students in grades 8, 9 and 10 will have their annual fee subsidized from $800 to only $360.

Special Requests: If there is another student your child would like to be with, we will try to meet your request. Please indicate below if you have a special request.

I understand and agree that in case of an emergency or injury to the above enrolled child, such action will be taken and medical treatment administered as deemed necessary by the school or its employees.

I hereby release the school, its employees and agents from any claim or liability with respect to the same. I give the school such authorization that permits any person or hospital to provide such treatment to my child as may be advisable in the circumstances, and this shall be sufficient authority for doing so.

Throughout the school year, Temple Sinai religious school plans trips for its classes. So that we do not have to send and collect permission forms per trip, we ask that you sign a blanket waiver form so that your child may attend all trips that are authorized by the school. Children not attending a specific trip should be kept home during that class.

ShinShinim are young Israeli emissaries who work in our school and youth community. Every year, we select three families to host these wonderful teens. Please let us know if you would like more information on what it takes to become one of these lucky families.
