Families are invited to join us at Earl Bales Park to celebrate the Shavuot harvest, explore the park and search for the “first fruits” of the year.
We’ll scavenge for food sources beneficial to local wildlife, take part in a forest cleanup, and plant wild seeds. Together, we’ll learn about medicinal properties found in wild plants and share in practices and traditions passed down from our Indigenous brothers and sisters, on our shared lands.
