Moving Traditions Tzelem Group Registration

We are excited to continue to offer Tzelem, a Moving Traditions group for trans, non binary, gender diverse and LGBTQ+ teens. Moving Traditions is an organization that emboldens youth by fostering self discovery, challenging sexism, and inspiring a commitment to Jewish life and learning. Beth El has been a long time partner with Moving Traditions and has used many of their other curricular pieces or sponsored some of their other groups. Any Jewish teen is welcome to be a part of our Maryland group (no congregation affiliation is necessary). Beth El launched our Tzelem group during the 2021-2022 school year and it has been meeting regularly since. Tzelem meets once a month and meetings generally take place on Sunday afternoons.

In order to support this program, we are asking registrants to pay a $75 fee to cover the cost of food and supplies.
