Join BEPS on Sunday, April 11, at 3:30 pm for Brunch for Dinner! Jill of Cuarantine Cooking Class in partnership with Melissa Shear of CheezMD are back for a family-friendly virtual grazing board class! They will give you and your kid(s) all the tools and tricks to create your own delicious cheese board, complete with brunch-themed accompaniments and a specialty drink. The board will include rolled goat or cream cheese in everything bagel seasoning, honey butter, lox roses, veggies and cheese. You will also make the following homemade snacks and drink: Cinnamon and Nutella Rolls, Mini yogurt and fruit parfaits with granola, + Fruit Smoothie (Spiked for Adults!)*
A week prior to the event, you will receive a shopping list and recipes which should give you plenty of time to shop for the necessary ingredients. However, if you'd prefer, you may purchase a DIY kit from CheezMD to be used for the grazing board. The DIY kit will be available for pick-up at Beth El on April 9.
Please let us know if there are any allergies/dietary restrictions, so we can adapt accordingly. For example, the lox will be pre-packaged and can be removed for a vegetarian option.
*Dairy free alternatives for the recipes will be provided.
