Join us for an interactive, online workshop series on how to practice Jewish self-care and incorporate Jewish meditation into our everyday lives. These three 45-minute sessions will include ancient Jewish mystical and contemplative practices, as well as modern Jewish meditation techniques. No experience or beliefs necessary; just yourself!
