Student registration ($150) requires the presentation of a valid student ID and a commitment to volunteer for two hours at the Conference.

Exhibit space packages

The Marketplace is sold out and booths are no longer available for purchase.

 

Contact us to be added to the exhibitor wait list. Should space become available, Conference staff will contact organizations to discuss options. If the organization chooses to purchase the exhibit space package, they need to register and submit payment as instructed within an established time-frame or the space will be offered to the next organization on the waiting list.


Artists, agents, managers, and vendors promoting yourself, your roster of artists, or a service must purchase or be associated with an exhibit space package in order to register and attend. An exhibit space package includes one full Conference registration. Additional registrants must register separately.

Arts Midwest uses a lottery-based system to assign exhibit space locations for each organization that registers by the exhibitor registration deadline. The way in which locations are assigned is completely random regardless of past attendance or how early the registration is submitted.

Agency Registration
Registrants must have a longstanding history with the Conference, and eligibility is subject to approval. Not available after July 11. Agency Registrants receive business privileges without an exhibit space to display materials, and this option is reserved for established artists, agents, and managers only. Contact the Conference team to inquire and register.

Exhibiting organizations may purchase no more than two booths and may only purchase one premium full booth.

An additional exhibit package includes registration for one additional person. Conference staff will contact you with further instructions.

Please note that we may not be able to grant your request. Although every effort is made to honor individual wishes, final placements are determined by Conference staff and exhibit space availability at the time you come up in the exhibit space lottery or at the time you register after the lottery. In the event that preferences cannot be granted, Conference staff locates the best available placement that is most similar to indicated preferences.

All meals and parties are included in your registration. Indicate the events you plan to attend. We cannot guarantee extra meal tickets onsite.

Single event tickets
Your artist pass registration only gives you access to the exhibit hall and professional development on the day you selected.
With your single day registration, you may purchase single event tickets for yourself and/or a guest who is not attending the entire Conference.

If your guest wishes to participate in the Conference, register for a Guest pass ($200), which includes attending all social events and meals.

Advertising
Advertisement Options
July 18 is the last day to purchase an ad and submit artwork. Learn more about advertising, including artwork design specs and submission instructions.

Print publication ads ($300 - 1,000)
Advertisements are placed in print materials alongside program descriptions, schedule, showcase listings, and other Conference details. Print publications are available for all Conference attendees, though some may choose to only use the mobile app.

Program Book:

Our anchor publication is offered to attendees when checking in at registration and includes the Conference schedule, maps + floors plans, important attendee info (policies, shuttles, meals), and local highlights.


IMPORTANT! Starting in 2019, The book does not include showcase listings and descriptions, and its contents are also available to attendees in the app. We are unable to accommodate specific page placement requests.

Offered to presenters, this handy guide to both independent and spotlight showcase contains a complete schedule with descriptions, genre/disciplines, and locations. This information is also available to attendees in the app, without advertising.

Mobile app ads ($300 - 500)

Menu banner ads 

 

Gain visibility with one of eight separate banner ads (600 pixels wide by 110 pixels high) that appear each time someone accesses the menu to navigate different sections of the app. In 2018, each banner was displayed to end users approximately 4,500 times. Push notifications

 

Remind everyone about your showcase that’s about to start or encourage presenters to find you in your exhibit space. Pre-scheduled notification times are determined on a first come, first served. Text and links only. Limit one per organization. $300 (sold out)


Floor graphic ($750)

Place your brand front and center as attendees enter the exhibit hall during Marketplace hours. Submitted artwork (3’w x 2’h) will be printed on a cling and placed alongside two other organizations. Limit one per organization. $750
