Registration Form for Children Entering Grades 3, 4, 5, and 6
Registration Overview

Dear Families,

We are already preparing for next school year and are excited to open registration for 2018-2019/5779!

We are adjusting our registration process for this year in order to accommodate all of our families in our new space. Each grade will have classes on two weekdays. We hope that this process will ensure that each child can attend on his/her first-choice day.

Families with children entering grades 3–6 in the fall, please fill out the form below in order to enroll for next year. Registration is for both new and returning learners. You will receive a day placement confirmation email by mid-May.

Please note that grades 4, 5 and 6 participate in our small-group tutoring program. Both tutoring and class time have content-rich curricula. The timing for class and tutoring have the following options:

·  3:25 pm tutoring session, followed by class starting at 4:00 pm and ending at 6:00 pm

·   4:00 pm class, followed by tutoring that begins at 6:05 pm and ends at 6:35 pm

All returning 7th graders will receive a separate communication about registration. It is our expectation that all children having their bnei mitzvah at PAS are enrolled and will participate in Congregational School through the end of the 7th grade year.

We look forward to another wonderful year of Jewish education and experiences with your family!

Jennifer Stern Granowitz
