Making Friends with the Sabbath Bride: The Prayer and Poetry of Shabbat

Making Friends with the Sabbath Bride: The Prayer and Poetry of Shabbat
With Rabbi Bronwen Mullin

Friday night at Kabbalat Shabbat we welcome in the Sabbath Queen. We adore her and draw her near with words of poetry, love, desire, and delight. But what do we do once we have her? Come explore the liturgy of the Shabbat evening and morning service, the core of the Shabbat experience, and discover what Shabbat has to teach us about being alive the other 6 days of the week, and how to elevate our consciousness in the Now.
